Vince Payne has a diverse work experience in various industries. Vince started their career in 2002 as a Freelance Play-by-Play Announcer for IMG, where they worked as a basketball color analyst and fill-in play-by-play announcer for the Marshall Thundering Herd Radio Network. Vince also had on-air work for ISP with their Auburn University property. In 2007, Vince joined AT&T as an Account Executive (Advertising & Publishing), where they were responsible for closing advertising sales through client prospecting and renewals in print and online mediums. Vince successfully grew business in both areas. In 2008, Vince became the Director of Public Relations at the Hamilton Local School District, where they developed and executed internal and external public relations and communications efforts. Vince managed district intranet and website, social media platforms, streaming media, and traditional media vehicles. Vince also produced a video for The Wall Street Journal Online In-Depth Series on Innovation in Education.
Vince Payne earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communications from Marshall University from 1996 to 2002. Vince then pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communications from 2002 to 2005.

Hamilton Local School District
