Christoph Mittmann

Christoph Mittmann has a diverse work experience starting from being a Coordinator, Interpreter & Translator in a freelance capacity from September 2018 to July 2023. Christoph also worked as a Technical Project Coordinator from August 2018 to July 2023, where they collaborated with Japanese companies to bring machinery and technology to Europe. Christoph was a Technical Support Engineer at Hamilton Medical from July 2023 onwards. Previous roles include a Sales Administrative Assistant at Mayekawa Intertech from January 2017 to April 2018, and an Administrative Assistant at VST Europe from May 2012 to August 2013. Christoph was also a Business Development Manager at KOWA PHARMACEUTICAL EUROPE CO. LTD. for a brief period from May 2018 to August 2018. Additionally, Christoph pursued a Ph.D. at the University of Zurich as a candidate from September 2013 to October 2019.

Christoph Mittmann attended Auguste Pattberg Gymnasium from 1992 to 2002, where they obtained their Abitur degree. Christoph then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Japanese Studies at Heidelberg University from 2003 to 2008. As an exchange student, they spent the academic year of 2006-2007 at Nara University of Education. Christoph furthered their studies by completing a Master's degree in Japanese Studies at the University of Hamburg from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they also spent the academic year of 2009-2010 as an exchange student at Osaka City University. Finally, Christoph attended the University of Zurich from 2012 to 2019, focusing on Japanese Studies but did not obtain a specific degree.
