Lukas J. has work experience in various companies and roles. In 2012, they completed an internship at Elliptec Resonant Actuator AG. From 2012 to 2016, they participated in cooperative engineering studies at Huf Group, focusing on mechatronics and information technologies. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Huf Group as a product developer in electronics and system integration. In 2020, Lukas joined Hamilton Medical, initially as a software engineer for medical devices and later transitioning into the role of software team and project leader.

Lukas J. has a comprehensive education history in the field of engineering and information technology. Lukas obtained their Master of Engineering degree in Mechatronics and Information Technology from Hochschule Bochum, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, Lukas completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in the same field at the same institution from 2012 to 2016 through a cooperative engineering program.

Before attending Hochschule Bochum, Lukas pursued a scholastic education inclusive of vocational training and a technical higher education entrance qualification at Berufskolleg Olsberg. During this period from 2009 to 2012, they specialized as a state-certified electrical engineering assistant.

In addition to their formal education, Lukas has also obtained various certifications. Lukas obtained the Certified Professional for Software Architecture - Foundation Level certification from the iSAQB® - International Software Architecture Qualification Board in July 2023. In November 2022, they acquired the Certified Professional for Medical Software - Foundation Level certification from ICPMSB e.V.
