Jason Jackson is an experienced Information Technology professional with a background in managing technical support teams and ensuring efficient IT operations. Currently serving as the Information Technology Manager at Hamilton Parker Company since March 2016, Jason previously held the position of End User Technology Manager at Sarnova, where responsibilities included managing a team of Help Desk Technicians to support over 500 users across the United States. Earlier in their career, Jason worked as a Helpdesk Technician at Bound Tree Medical, providing assistance for software and hardware issues, and as a Network Analyst at Lydall, offering computer and network support in a manufacturing environment. Jason holds a degree in Computer Science from Franklin University.
