Currently serving as Branch Manager at The Hamilton-Ryker Company since June 1999, Rhonda is responsible for developing strategies to expand markets and providing human resource expertise in compliance with regulations and budget management. Prior to this role, Rhonda worked as an Administrative Secretary at Kentucky State University from September 1989 to July 1997, assisting the Director of Assessment and Evaluation as well as the Directors of Testing and Academic Advising. Rhonda completed education at Kentucky State University between 1992 and 1996.
