David Collins

David Collins is currently working as a Project Executive at Hamilton Stern Construction, previously holding various positions at Welliver. Prior to their construction career, David was a Soccer Referee at Rochester Referee Unit and a Lawn Crew Supervisor at American Lawn and Landscape. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
