John Genereux

John Genereux has a strong background in research and development, with experience spanning several companies and industries. John currently serves as a Board Member at MassMEP, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President and General Manager at Hamilton Storage since 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Allurion Technologies, first as the Executive Director of Research and Development, then as the Director of Operations and the Director of Research and Development. Before joining Allurion Technologies, they were the Director of Research and Development at Hamilton Storage from 2015 to 2019. John Genereux earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Machine Design from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
