Catherine Welch

Catherine Welch is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the clinical sales and customer success sector, currently serving as VP of Clinical Sales and Customer Success (Americas) at Hamilton Thorne Inc. since September 2017. In addition to this role, Catherine is an Advisor at MonCap and has been the Founder and President of the Southern California Children's Museum since May 2013, as well as the Founder and CEO of Fertility Tomorrow since May 2007. Previous experience includes serving as Director of West Coast Client Services and Sales at CooperGenomics and Senior Embryologist at San Diego Fertility Center. Catherine holds an MBA from the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego, and a B.S. in Animal Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
