Belal Ahmad

Belal Ahmad is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Principal and previously as Vice Principal at Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board since August 2021. Prior to this, Belal held the position of Principal at Al-Ameen Elementary School from July 2016 to August 2021 and served as Imam at the Islamic Society of Peel (Makki Masjid) until August 2021. Additionally, Belal worked as a Teacher at Lote Tree from 2011 to July 2016. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Education and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography from York University, as well as an Alim Course in Islamic Sciences from Darul Uloom London.
