David Cervantes

David Cervantes has a strong background in marketing and communications. David is currently the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications at Hamilton Zanze Real Estate Investments since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Marketing & Communications at White Oak Commercial Finance from October 2019 to June 2022. From June 2015 to September 2017, they held the position of Director of Product Marketing at Silicon Valley Bank. Before that, they were the Director of Digital Marketing at BlackRock from January 2006 to October 2014. David began their career at Charles Schwab, where they worked as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager from November 1997 to January 2006.

David Cervantes holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from the University of California, Davis. In addition, they have obtained certifications in FINRA Series 7 & 63 from FINRA in February 2003. No start or end years are provided for their education.
