Liming Shen is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Accounting Manager and previously as Senior Accountant at Hamilton Zanze Real Estate Investments since March 2019. Responsibilities include month-end close, journal entries, bank and general ledger reconciliations, and oversight of inter-company accounts. Liming works with the Controller to enhance internal controls and processes, assists with investment funding requests, and prepares financial reports and annual tax filings. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Accountant at Rawson Blum & Leon from August 2005 to March 2019 and as a Property/Joint Venture Accountant at Essex Property Trust from 2000 to 2002. Liming earned a BS in accounting from San Francisco State University between 1991 and 1996.
