Richard Reynolds

Richard Reynolds has extensive experience in engineering and management roles in various companies such as HamiltonJet and Caterpillar Inc. Richard is currently serving as the NPI Manager at HamiltonJet, where Richard handles the introduction of new water jets and electronic control systems. Prior to this, Richard held roles such as Global Rental Engineering Manager and Senior Design Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. Richard also served in the United States Marine Corps as a Staff Sergeant. Richard holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
