With extensive experience in pig management consulting and advisory roles, Jes has worked for various companies including HAMLET PROTEIN, LMO, LRØ I/S, Kolding Herreds Landbrugsforening, ACO FUNKI A/S, Bygnings og Maskinkontoret for Sydjylland og Fyn, FAF amba, and ØLR I/S. Jes has a solid educational background from Kgl. Veterinær og Landbohøjskole and Paderup Gymnasium.
