Nicole Capuano Ball

Nicole Capuano Ball's work experience includes various roles in the real estate industry, as well as positions in the legal field. In 2017, they joined Houlihan Lawrence as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, working until December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Compass as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker starting in December 2020. Additionally, from 2013 onward, Nicole founded Rye and worked as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. Earlier in their career, they served as a Staff Attorney at EIS Eviction Intervention Services Homeless Prevention Inc from 2007 to 2008 and worked as an Associate at Milbank LLP from 2004 to 2007. Nicole also gained experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Donald G. Collester from 2003 to 2004. Alongside their professional endeavors, Nicole has been an Executive Board member at Rye YMCA from 2016 to 2022.

Nicole Capuano Ball began their education at Boston College where they pursued a Bachelor's degree. Nicole attended the college from 1996 to 2000. Later on, Nicole pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at the University of North Carolina School of Law from 2000 to 2003.
