Katie Millward

Katie Millward currently serves as Operations Manager at Hamleys of London, a position held since November 2013, and previously held the role of Floor Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Katie gained significant retail experience at HMV from July 2005 to February 2013, where roles included Retail Store Manager, overseeing two high-profile sites in Terminal 5 with an annual turnover of £5 million, as well as managing a busy three-floored store with a team of over 40 staff members. Katie's foundational experience as an Assistant Manager involved driving customer service initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with key partners such as Harrods. Educationally, Katie earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Coventry University between 1997 and 2000.
