Julie Cheatham

Julie Cheatham is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and risk management. Currently serving as the Litigation Manager at Hamlin & Burton Liability Management, Inc. since October 2021, Julie previously held multiple roles at Villa Healthcare including VP of Risk Management and In House Counsel. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Trial Attorney at the Law Offices of Edward Kozel, Partner at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood, & Boyer, P.A., and Associate Principal at Kitch Drutchas Wagner Valitutti & Sherbrook. Julie began the legal career as an Associate Attorney at Mordini & Schwartz and has also contributed as Senior Associate Attorney at Cassiday Schade LLP and Staff Counsel for Progressive Insurance Company. Julie holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BS in Finance from DePaul University.
