Tyler Hollis

Tyler Hollis is a Sales Engineer at Hammer and Steel, Inc. since January 2023, with a background in mechanical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Previous experience includes a Manufacturing Engineering Internship at Caterpillar Inc., where Tyler developed standard works and visual aids, and optimized production by facilitating new tools on the assembly line. Tyler also interned as a Quality Engineering Intern at Spartan Light Metal Products, focusing on component design and product verification, and worked as a Summer Intern Engineer/Machine Operator at Steeleville Manufacturing Company, where responsibilities included maintaining CNC machines and performing dimensional verifications. Earlier, as a Pro Demo Team Member at Case IH, Tyler demonstrated new combine features and maintained customer relations during the wheat harvest.
