Tim Maneval has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Tim is currently the Vice President of Operations at Hammer Haag Steel since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Boyd Industries, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations from February 2020 to July 2021, and as the Director of Manufacturing Operations from February 2017 to July 2021.

Before joining Boyd Industries, Inc., they were the Director of Operations at MetalTek International from March 2015 to February 2017. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of a steel fabrication and machine shop, leading a team of supervisors and overseeing multiple on-site and off-site locations.

Tim also has experience at Pegasus Steel where they served as the Plant Manager from May 2014 to March 2015. Prior to this, they held positions such as Steel Processing Plant Manager and Steel Cutting and Beveling Supervisor, where they were responsible for maximizing efficiency, maintaining safety requirements, and managing various cutting and profiling equipment.

Additionally, Tim has held positions at Dynamic Solutions as the General Manager for a brief period in 2014, at Pulte Homes as a Construction Superintendent from April 2005 to July 2011, and at MNF-I as the Tier 1 and 2 VIP Security Manager in Iraq Strategic Operations Command from October 2006 to April 2008.

Tim'scareer began in the US Army, where they served as a Commander of an Infantry Rifle Company, an Infantry Company Executive Officer, a Battalion Scout Platoon Leader, and a Ranger Infantry Platoon Leader, leading and training soldiers in various missions during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Overall, Tim Maneval has a diverse background in operations management, manufacturing, construction, and military leadership.

Tim Maneval attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a degree in Civil Engineering. Tim then completed their military training at Ranger School in 2001. In 2014, they pursued further education at Clemson University, where they obtained a Master of Industrial Engineering degree from 2014 to 2017.
