Sarah Newman

Sarah Newman is an accomplished instructional design professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing training programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Instructional Design Manager at HammerHead Trenchless Equipment, Sarah leads HammerHead University, a multifaceted training and certification initiative. Previous positions include roles at UW Health as a Learning and Development Specialist focused on eLearning, and at InfoSec Institute as an Instructional Designer. Sarah's career began at PerformTech Inc. as an Instructional Systems Designer following the completion of a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of South Carolina. Education credentials also include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Kentucky and ongoing work towards a Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State University.
