Rob Dermott

Rob Dermott is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various accounting roles. Currently serving as Director of Finance at Hammerschlag & Joffe Inc. since January 2025, Rob previously worked at LEA Group from August 2020 to December 2024, where roles included Assistant Controller, Project Accounting Supervisor, and Senior Project Accountant. Prior to that, Rob held several positions at Angus Consulting Management Limited between October 2014 and February 2020, culminating in the role of Controller. Rob's career began at Angus Systems as an Accounting Administrator from May 2013 to September 2014. Educational qualifications include a Professional Accounting Practice diploma from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Laurentian University, along with a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from CPA Canada obtained in 2014.
