Austin Foster

Austin Foster has a diverse and extensive work experience in strategy and planning roles. Austin most recently served as the Head of Strategy and Innovation at Hammerson, where they played a pivotal role in transforming the business and leading strategic workstreams. Prior to this, Austin worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) for a decade, holding various positions including Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning. During their time at IHG, they played integral roles in developing and implementing the company's growth strategies, leading the strategic planning process, assessing growth opportunities, and implementing the COVID-19 response. Overall, Austin has a strong background in driving strategic growth initiatives and implementing innovative strategies.

Austin Foster attended Dr Challoner's Grammar School from 1997 to 2004. Austin later obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from the University of Bath in 2009.
