Cristian Avanzino has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. From 2005 to 2010, Cristian worked at ServiceSource, starting as a Senior Sales Representative and progressing to become a Team Lead and then an Account Manager. During this time, Cristian assisted with the implementation of software clients, managed strategic accounts, and upsold customers on support solutions.

In 2010, Cristian joined Dell as an Inside Sales Representative for the South Region, where they achieved 100%+ of their goals consistently and improved sales forecasting and account planning through the introduction of custom reports. Cristian later became an Inside Sales Manager for Cloud Client Computing, overseeing a team of 10 and directing sales representatives and engineers. They achieved yearly team quotas for five consecutive years and exceeded individual quarterly quotas.

From 2017 to 2019, Cristian worked at Riverbed Technology as an Inside Sales Manager for Enterprise West. In this role, Cristian led a team of Account Executives and implemented strategies that resulted in a 5% increase in new account acquisition quarter over quarter.

Most recently, Cristian joined Hammerspace in 2020 as part of the sales team. Hammerspace provides a global data environment connecting users with their data and applications across various cloud infrastructure.

Cristian Avanzino obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis from California State University - East Bay. Additionally, in July 2019, Cristian Avanzino obtained a certification in "Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook" from LinkedIn.
