Robert Renzoni

Robert Renzoni has a diverse work experience history spanning over three decades. Robert currently holds the position of Director of Technical Sales - U.S. Federal at Hammerspace since December 2022. Prior to this, Renzoni worked at Quantum for many years, where they held several roles. From July 2017 to January 2023, they served as the Senior Director of Technical Sales Americas. Before that, from January 2013 to July 2017, they were the Director of Pre-Sales Engineering. From May 2010 to January 2013, Renzoni worked as the Federal Pre-Sales Engineering Manager, leading a team and supporting $20M in annual sales revenue. Robert also worked as a Federal Pre-Sales Systems Engineer from August 2006 to June 2010 and as a Field Service Systems Engineer from December 1998 to August 2006.

Before their tenure at Quantum, Renzoni had a role at Raytheon as a Technical Consultant for the Red Switch Network, where they provided on-site technical consulting and supervision. Robert also worked as a Technician during this time. Additionally, they had a significant role in the USAF as an Electronic Warfare Technician from June 1990 to March 1997. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining Intel systems and coordinating service resources for in-bound aircraft. Robert conducted repairs on various systems associated with the reconnaissance unit, including UNIX-based Intel Data Processing Shelters and crypto logical communication systems.

Robert Renzoni obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Networking from Strayer University, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they have also acquired several certifications. These certifications include the FEMA ICS-100 Intro to incident command system, obtained from FEMA in March 2022, the Veeam Sales Professional - VMSP certification from Veeam Software in August 2021, the Veeam Technical Sales Proffesional - VMTSP certification from Veeam Software in November 2015, and the Storage Plus certification from CompTIA SNIA in September 2011.
