Shaun Wilton

Shaun Wilton has worked in the customer service industry since 2005. Shaun began their career at carsales.com.au, where they held various roles including Group Manager Customer Service, Head of Building & Facilities, Dealer Services Team Manager, Southern States Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. In 2019, they became a Freelance Customer Experience Consultant, and in 2020 they joined Ultimate Business Systems as a Customer Support Manager. Currently, they are employed at HammerTech as a Customer Support Manager.

Shaun Wilton attended Mullauna College from 1988 to 1993.
