Justin Shea

Justin Shea currently serves as Principal and Senior Vice President at Hammes Partners, a private investment platform focused on the U.S. market, a position held since May 2013. Prior to this, Justin worked as a Vice President at Greenfield Partners from July 2007 to March 2012, where responsibilities included identifying and supporting investment opportunities, managing over $300 million in equity across various real estate sectors. Justin began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst in Investment Banking at Baird from July 2005 to July 2007, developing comprehensive financial models. Early professional experience includes a role as a Designer with The Hope Alliance, where a micro-credit lending program was established for local Amazon River villagers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with an exchange program at the University of Sydney.
