Mike Casson has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Co-Founder at SOS Supplies since March 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Hammock from November 2019. Their previous roles include Development Manager and Senior Full Stack Developer at The House Crowd, where they focused on creating efficient web solutions and innovative technical architecture. Mike also worked as a Senior Developer at Airangel, where they developed core solutions using PHP and JavaScript. Before that, Mike served as a Product Manager and Data Scientist at Somo Ltd, a mobile marketing and development agency. Additionally, they worked in Sales Support at Nationwide Network Services, where they were responsible for collating and standardizing external reporting.
Mike Casson started their education at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained 11 GCSE's including Mathematics, English, and Science. Mike then attended Sir John Deane's College from 2005 to 2007, earning 3 A Levels in Computing, Music Technology, and Human Biology. Following that, from 2007 to 2010, they attended The University of Salford and acquired a Foundation degree in Popular Musicology.
In terms of additional certifications, Mike Casson obtained a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute in April 2017. Mike also received a certificate for completing "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" course from Coursera Verified Certificates in October 2015.
