Ryan's commitment to community service is demonstrated through volunteer work with Destiny Rescue and RAHAB Ministries. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from Cleveland State University and is a graduate of the Basic Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy.
