Brandon Bai has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Brandon started their career in 2001 as a Depart Manager at Infoacer Inc, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined Hengtel Inc as a Vice President and stayed until 2012. In 2008, they worked as a Senior Application Programmer at Pitney Bowes for a year. In 2009, they joined Instaclick as a Team lead Second and worked until 2010. In 2010, they began working as a Senior Application Developer at Hammond Power Solutions, where they currently hold the position.
Brandon Bai obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Jilin University, specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science. Brandon pursued this degree from 1988 to 1995.

HPS Standard Products are available across over four categories, which include control and automation; low voltage distribution; medium voltage distribution, and potted and specialty. HPS also offers original equipment manufacturers (OEM) a set of products and services. HPS also offers two Encapsulated Distribution Transformer lines: HPS Titan and HPS Fortress.
