Chris Bell, CSCMP

Chris Bell has extensive work experience in supply chain and procurement, with a focus on leadership roles. Chris is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain at Hammond Power Solutions, a position they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Global Supply Chain at Teledyne DALSA from March 2018 to September 2021.

From September 2014 to March 2018, Chris worked as the Director of Supply Chain at StarTech.com. Before that, they had their own consulting and contract services business, CRB Consulting and Contract Services, where they served as President from December 2013 to September 2014, providing supply chain and procurement consulting to businesses of all sizes.

Chris Bell also has a significant tenure at BlackBerry, where they held several senior positions. Chris was a Senior Director, Global In Direct Sourcing and Supply from February 2012 to December 2013, and prior to that, they served as a Senior Director, ODM & Accessory Supply, leading the global supply chain operations for tablets and accessories. Chris also held positions as Director of Manufacturing Purchasing and Warehouse, Manager of MRO Purchasing, and Materials Management Lead on the SAP Team.

Before their time at BlackBerry, Chris worked at NCR as a Commodity Manager from 1995 to 2000, and at Mitsubishi Electric as a Senior Buyer from 1989 to 1995. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in supply chain strategy and operations, procurement, demand planning, and supplier and factory audits. Chris has also managed teams and provided leadership in negotiations and contract services.

Chris Bell, CSCMP pursued their education in Business Administration with a focus on Materials Management at Conestoga College from 1983 to 1986.
