Samantha Almeida has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Samantha started their career as a VMS Coordinator at Aerotek in 2014, where they liaised with clients and managed technology systems. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Drakkar, specializing in recruitment for the transportation, distribution, and logistics sector. Samantha then transitioned to Tim Hortons as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they handled full-cycle recruitment activities and provided guidance on HR policies and procedures. In 2020, Samantha joined Skyjack Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and promoting the company's core values. Samantha later moved to CarePartners, taking on the role of a Human Resources Business Partner, where they provided guidance on employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling. Currently, Samantha is working at Hammond Power Solutions as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and will soon transition into the role of a People and Culture Manager in 2023.
