Jacqui Gulczynski

Jacqui Gulczynski is an experienced leader in People Operations and Transformation at HammondCare, where roles have included General Manager and Acting Chief People Officer. With a strong focus on strategic HR initiatives, Jacqui has been instrumental in developing and executing People and OD strategies, overseeing national talent and workforce planning, and transforming delivery of People Services. Previous positions at HammondCare include leadership roles in residential care and People Services, accumulating significant expertise in organizational development, employee engagement, and compliance. Prior HR experience includes roles at the Law Society of NSW and Anglican Retirement Villages. Jacqui holds a Masters of Labour Law and Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Western Sydney University.
