Sophie Luttrell is an experienced policy manager at HammondCare, where responsibilities began in November 2022. Previously, Sophie served as a Senior Policy Advisor for the Mental Health Commission of NSW, leading projects that focused on advocacy and reform in mental health and social services. In an acting role, Sophie managed Ministerial reporting and team leadership initiatives. Sophie's extensive experience at Wesley Mission included roles as Manager of Business Growth, where strategic objectives were achieved through significant contract wins, and as a Project and Employment Consultant, where engagement strategies led to the establishment of new service sites. Earlier, positions at the Motor Traders' Association of NSW included managing environmental programs and supporting lobbying efforts. Sophie holds a Masters of Public and Social Policy from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Economics with a focus on Government and International Relations from the University of Sydney.
