Abhishek Sharma is the Vice President of Operations and Human Resources at HAMMOQ. Abhishek has more than 7 years of experience in the field of operations, HRM, and marketing. Abhishek is experienced in project and manpower planning, recruitment, developing performance management system, developing employee welfare programs, identifying training needs and conducting training's, employee grievance handling, developing and implementing disciplinary policies, conducting an exit interview, final settlement of employees. Abhishek has good communication and interpersonal skills.

Before joining HAMMOQ, they were with DataPure for 6 years and 11 months, where they held the positions of Head of Operations and Head of HR. Abhishek was responsible for man power planning and recruitments, developing the induction programmes for new recruits, working out the compensation plan and policies, conducting research to study the current compensation trends in the market, developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company, coordinating with finance department for processing of payments to employees, identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees, establishing a proper organizational structure, developing and implementing disciplinary policies, developing and implementing employee welfare policies, developing the exit process for the employees, dealing with final settlement of employees when they leave, maintaining good internal communication within the company, and developing various reports for management.

Abhishek Sharma has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in HR & Marketing, which they completed in 2016. Abhishek also has a B.E from Mahakal Institute of Technology & Management in I.T, which they completed in 2012. In addition, they have a 12th from Rajeshwar convent school in I.T, which they completed in 2008. Abhishek also has a certification in Digital Marketing from Google.
