Charles L. Cabell

Trustee at Hampden-Sydney College

Mr. Cabell, a 1974 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and a 1977 graduate of the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary, focuses his practice on four areas including commercial real estate, corporate, estate planning and the representation of institutions of higher education. He is repeatedly named to the list of Best Lawyers in America by Corporate Counsel Magazine and serves as Chair of Williams Mullen's Educational Institution team. He serves on the Board of Trustees of The Brookfield Foundation, The Mariners Museum, The Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges, VCU Massey Cancer Center, The Board of Governors of the Commonwealth Club and the Virginia Historical Society. He is also the past-President of the Cabell Foundation and remains on its Board. Mr. Cabell is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law and Martindale Hubble has ranked Mr. Cabell an AV attorney, its highest rating available.
