Stephen Gaddy has extensive experience in operations and management within the fuel and convenience store industries. Currently serving as Branch Manager and Regional Operations Manager at Hampel Oil Distributors Inc. since July 2013, Stephen has held various roles including Operations Manager and Lubricant Operations Manager. Previous experience includes positions as a Driver for Haskell Lemon Construction, Dispatcher for the City of Springfield, Manager at Premier Towing, and Owner of Gaddy Business Group, Inc., where Stephen managed convenience stores and a towing business. Stephen’s career began as a Paramedic and EMS Manager at Mercy Health, demonstrating a diverse background in management and operational roles across different sectors. Education was completed at Reeds Spring High School.
