Ryan LeBlanc has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan began their career in 1996 as an IT Specialist at CBM Technology and worked there until 1999. Following this, from 1999 to 2005, they served as a 0352 (Reserves) and E-5 Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. In 2003, while still in the Marine Corps, they also worked as a Software Engineer at CBM Technology until 2004.

From 2005 to 2018, Ryan was employed at Comcast, where they held the position of Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they contributed significantly to the company's technical team for over a decade.

In 2018, Ryan transitioned to Perficient, where they assumed the role of Lead Technical Consultant, providing their expertise and leadership until 2019.

In 2019, Ryan co-founded hampr, where they currently hold the position of Technical Co-founder. As a co-founder, they play a key role in the development and growth of the company.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated a strong technical skill set and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Ryan LeBlanc has a strong education background in both business and computer science. Ryan obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Graduate School in 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1999 to 2005. Ryan also has additional certifications, including the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2018.
