David Ryder

David Ryder is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in engineering consultancy. Currently serving as a Group Engineer (Development) at Hampshire County Council since August 2006, David is responsible for team management and oversees Waste and Property Services as the Portfolio Holder/Account Manager. Prior to this role, David worked at Atkins from April 1994 to August 2006 as a Senior Engineer in Advanced Highways. David holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
