Melissa Filby has over 15 years of experience in the field of special educational needs and health care. Currently serving as SEN Area Team Manager at Hampshire County Council since September 2015, Melissa previously held the position of Principal Special Needs Officer and Caseworker within the same organization from July 2010 to July 2015. Prior to that, Melissa worked as a Case Officer at Surrey County Council from November 2007 to June 2010 and as a Senior Healthcare Assistant at Bupa from September 2006 to October 2007. Melissa holds a BSc in Psychology and Health from the University of Roehampton, completed in July 2006.
