Owain Hale-Heighway is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation practices and smart city initiatives. Since February 2019, Owain has served as a Senior Consultant at Hampshire County Council, contributing expertise in Lean methodologies in collaboration with the University of Winchester. Prior to this role, Owain was Assistant Director for Smart Cities and Government Affairs at Gaist Holdings Limited and held various positions at Ordnance Survey, including Smart Cities Projects Lead and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Owain holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Communications from Brunel University London, which was completed between 1996 and 2001, and has a foundational education from Garstang High School.
