Sean Stringer

Sean Stringer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public sector shared services and customer service management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Shared Services at Hampshire County Council since February 2017, Sean oversees the largest public sector Shared Services Partnership in the UK, collaborating with multiple agencies including Hampshire Constabulary and various councils. Previously, Sean held significant roles at Centrica and British Gas, including Head of Executive Customer Services and Commercial Manager, where responsibilities included leading customer retention strategies and enhancing service delivery. Sean's educational background includes a BA in Communication Studies from London Metropolitan University and additional qualifications in Communication and Media Studies, English Lit/Language, and Psychology from Fareham College and The Open University, respectively.
