Ryan Livingston

Ryan Livingston, PE, has a vast and diverse professional background in engineering and public works. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa and a degree in Technological Entrepreneurship from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, Ryan has held various leadership positions at both the City of Woodstock and Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. Currently serving as Vice President at HLR, their previous roles include Director of Engineering, Construction Department Manager, Municipal Engineering Manager, Assistant Director of Public Works, City Engineer, Project Engineer, and Staff Design Engineer.
