Marcus King

Marcus King holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University and possesses extensive experience in training and development within various organizations. Since October 1989, Marcus has served as the Administrator for Staff Development and Training at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, focusing on employee training, development, and serving as a cultural competency leader. Additionally, Marcus has worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment since September 2001 as an Assistant Supervisor for the Park Operations Support Team, providing logistical and training support. Prior roles include serving as Chief Financial Officer of SEVA ASTD from 2008 to 2013 and various positions at The May Department Stores Company and Busch Entertainment Corporation, showcasing a broad background in operations and training coordination.
