Rhonda Perry

Rhonda Perry, MBA, currently serves as the Controller at the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board since July 2022, a role following previous experience as Controller at Southeastern Virginia Health System at Hampton from September 2020 to July 2022. Rhonda has a longstanding affiliation with Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, having held various positions, including Manager of Budget and Financial Reporting and Financial Services Coordinator, from December 2001 to September 2020. In addition to this, Rhonda has been an Independent Sales Representative for Avon Products since March 2009. Rhonda holds a B.S. in Office Systems Management from James Madison University, obtained in 1992.
