Seth Garner, CPA, is a Senior Accountant at Hampton Roads Community Action Program, where Seth has been employed since January 2022. Prior to this role, Seth worked at PYA from June 2018 to December 2021, starting as an Audit Intern and progressing to Audit Staff. Seth also gained managerial experience as a Managerial Intern at Walmart in the summer of 2017. Seth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Business Administration, & Spanish from the University of the Cumberlands in May 2018.
