Amy Wood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and information technology. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at HRSD since August 2015, Amy previously held the position of Systems Engineer II at the City of Virginia Beach from October 2000 to August 2015. Prior experience includes working as an Information Systems Specialist II for the City of Chesapeake from September 1996 to October 2000, and as a Network Administrator for the City of Suffolk Virginia from September 1995 to September 1996. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Old Dominion University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
