Ayanna R. Williams

Ayanna R. Williams is an experienced Real Estate Manager with a strong background in property acquisition, management, and valuation. Currently serving at HRSD since May 2015, Williams oversees the acquisition and disposition of property interests. Previously, Williams held the position of Real Estate Manager for the City of Hampton, negotiating agreements for Capital Improvement Projects, and served as Right of Way Agent II for the City of Virginia Beach, managing property acquisition for municipal projects. Early career experience includes appraising real estate for the City of Hampton and Arlington County. Williams holds a Master of Laws in Non-Profit Management Law from Regent University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Howard University.
