Gene Rutledge

Gene Rutledge is an experienced engineer currently serving as an Interceptor Engineer at HRSD since October 2022. Prior to this role, Gene held the position of Civil Engineer at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) from April 2016 to October 2022. Gene also worked as a Senior Engineer and Lead Engineer at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff from April 2012 to April 2016. Gene holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University.
