Leila Easmeil Rice, APR has a diverse range of work experience. Leila Easmeil currently serves as the Director of Communications at HRSD since March 2017. Leila Easmeil Rice, APR earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts/Journalism from James Madison University from 1985 to 1988. Leila Easmeil has also obtained additional certifications including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, and an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Universal Accreditation Board in November 2017.
