Mark Feltner

Environmental Scientist at HRSD

Mark Feltner is an experienced environmental scientist with a career spanning several decades, currently serving at HRSD since July 1994, where responsibilities include managing air quality permits and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations such as the Clean Air Act.
