Zachary Wiland has served as a Laboratory Technician and Plant Operator at HRSD since May 2020. Prior to this role, Zachary was employed at the YMCA of South Hampton Roads from July 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included supervising pools, recording chemical levels, coordinating cleaning duties, administering swim tests, conflict resolution, and managing lifeguard operations. Zachary holds a Bachelor's degree in Biophysical Sciences from Regent University, earned between 2015 and 2019, and a high school diploma from King’s Fork High School, completed in June 2015.
